Wilson Reading System (WRS) is the flagship program of Wilson Language Training® and the foundation of all other Wilson® programs. The Tier 3 Structured Literacy program is based on phonological-coding research and Orton-Gillingham principles.

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Chapin Speech Therapy provides pediatric speech and language services to children with various disabilities - including articulation and language delays, developmental delays, Autism, Down Syndrome, and other genetic syndromes and special needs. All children possess a unique ability to learn. Chapin Speech Therapy will develop a program and goals specific to each child's communication needs.

Pediatric speech and language evaluations will be administered as needed or upon request. Articulation and language evaluations are comprehensive and reveal a child's strengths and weaknesses as compared to their same age peers. This allows the SLP to develop individualized treatment programs and therapy activities to meet the needs of your child.
